  • Aberavon Aquathlon: on Monday evening Tom Nesham raced the Aberavon aquathlon as a tune up for the Sandman Sprint Triathlon taking place the following weekend. Tom raced well and managed to take 7th place.
  • The Wales Triathlon: we had several coached athletes racing at the Wales Triathlon in Fishguard, including James Grandfield, Craig Burrows, Rob Stroud, Mark Binding, Stephen Rowlands and coach Lawrence. Everyone raced extremely well, with James & Craig (and relay partner Richie) winning the relay, Rob going sub-6, Mark coming 19th, Stephen coming 7th and coach Lawrence coming 4th. Well done all, an amazing day of racing!
  • Sandman Sprint Triathlon: Tom Nesham raced the Sandman Sprint Triathlon on Sunday, another Always Aim High event, following on from his win at the Slateman Sprint Triathlon a few weeks previously. Tom started well and lead out of the swim, he didn't feel great on the bike (due to the cold weather) and dropped back to 3rd place at the start of the run (90's down to the leader). The run isn't normally Tom's strength, but he dug really deep, pushed on and made his way through the field to take the win! Well done Tom!
