1-2-1 coaching

We offer 1-2-1 coaching sessions in Cardiff and the surrounding area. These sessions can cover the swim, bike and run, including technique, pacing, race tactics, training methodologies and correct warm up and cool down protocols.

The 1-2-1 coaching sessions aim to accelerate your training progress by highlighting and emphasising certain areas that require specific focussed attention. We then address those areas, making your weaker points your stronger ones!
